How far ahead should I book?

At least 2 weeks for most events, and 4+ weeks for weddings and larger functions. Popular dates fill fast, so the earlier you lock it in, the better.

How do I secure my date?

Accepted Answer

A 25% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due 7 days before your event. Until the deposit's in, the date stays open to others.

Where do you travel?

We're based in Bakers Hill and cover the Perth Hills and surrounds. A travel fee applies beyond 80km of home base — we'll factor that into your quote so there are no surprises.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes — minimums apply depending on the spread you go with. We'll confirm what suits your numbers when you enquire.

What's the difference between the packages?

We offer three spreads scaled to the size and feel of your event — from an entry spread for smaller crews, to our most-booked full experience, through to the showpiece with extra proteins, WA lamb shoulder and a dedicated slicing station. We'll match you to the right one when you enquire.

Can I add an extra meat?

Absolutely. You can add another protein to any package — we'll confirm the details in your quote.

Do you do grazing tables or desserts?

We can, for select events — these aren't instant-quote items, so just flag it when you enquire and we'll talk it through.

What's included in a package?

The food, the cooking, and the service — cooked live on-site and served hot. Travel beyond 80km and any add-ons are confirmed in your quote.

Do you really cook everything on-site?

We do. The smoker rolls in, fires up, and your food is cooked and sliced fresh at your event — never pre-cooked and reheated.

Why does the brisket take 15 hours?

Accepted Answer

Because that's how long real low-and-slow takes. There's no shortcut to brisket that pulls apart at the touch, so we don't take one.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes — gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary needs are accommodated on enquiry. Let us know your numbers ahead of time and we'll sort it.

Will there be enough food?
